The service is operated by ADJ (ADJ, sole proprietor and operator of the InmoManager software service), based in Bolivia, trading as InmoManager.
2. Acceptance
By downloading the app, creating an account, using the web app, or browsing this website, you agree to these Terms of service and our Privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
3. The service
InmoManager is a SaaS tool for real estate agents and agencies: map, property registration, CRM, optional public web catalog, collaboration, AI features, and exports depending on your plan.
4. Plans, payments, and Paddle
Indicative pricing is on Pricing & plans. Subscriptions may be billed through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or an authorized web processor (e.g. Paddle as Merchant of Record). Refunds and cancellations are described in our Refund policy.
5. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is”. Total liability is limited to amounts paid in the twelve months before the claim, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
